In Case of Emergency
Who ya gonna call?
Know where you’re coming from. If you call 911, they will ask you the address of your building. So print this list of campus buildings, and keep it with you for ready reference.
If you are teaching on the campus (North Classroom, Plaza Building, CU Denver, Lawrence Street buildings, etc.) call the Campus police at 911 on a campus phone. If you are teaching off campus, call 911 to reach the Denver Police.
Safe rides to your ride
If you or one of your students wants an evening escort to your class or your ride, call the Nightrider service, provided by the Parking and Public Safety Division. You can arrange this free 24-hour service by calling 303-556-2001 Monday-Thursday from sundown until 10:00 p.m. and by calling 303-556-3271 on weekends and after hours.
