The Regents of the University of Colorado believe student satisfaction is an important component of effective teaching. All courses are evaluated each semester using CU's Faculty Course Questionnaire (FCQ). The department office will distribute forms, which should be completed the week before finals.
Ask a student to proctor the completion of the FCQs and hand them out. Then you leave the room until the proctor notifies you the students have completed them. Allow 10-15 minutes of class time for their completion, so students have time to give you feedback. The proctor delivers the completed FCQs to the proper administrative authority.
